Peru Strike report 2004: "Invest in Caring not killing.  We oppose all forms of discrimination against women and reject US policies of debt, Free Trade Agreement, colonialism and globalisation.  Implement Law 27986 on domestic workers' rights."

Strike 2003: Puno - March and assembly of Aymara and Quechua women from rural communities who traveled to the capital of the province.
"Fair prices for our agricultural produce. Free schooling, health, water and electricity. Maternity security. The right to exist as Indigenous people and be legally recognised by the state and by the international community. The right to our culture, to speak and be educated in our own language. State protection, especially for those in vulnerable situations. Lower salaries for congresspeople, ministers and local and national state functionaries to address the struggle against poverty. No privatisation of our resources such as water and electricity."
