Below is a legal update from Robert R Bryan, lead counsel for Mumia Abu-Jamal. As you may know, Mumia Abu-Jamal, an award winning journalist, has been on Pennsylvania’s death row for 27 years after having been convicted for killing a police officer, in a trial dripping with racism and other injustice.

Robert Bryan’s update reports that in the coming week the Supreme Court will decide whether or not to confirm the death penalty against Mumia.
