As a multiracial network of women’s organizations, which includes mothers, grandmothers and other caregivers, and the men’s network with whom we work closely, we are urgently raising funds for the Middle East Children’s Alliance (MECA) to provide immediate aid to children and families in Gaza. 1.7 million people have now been displaced and continue to face bombing and starvation. MECA’s staff and local partners are on the ground in Gaza responding to the most urgent needs and have already gotten aid to tens of thousands of people.
