Register Here.  See CSSP’s recent report Strategies to Compensate Unpaid Caregivers: A Policy Scan.

From CSSP:

“The need for care is a universal experience and connects us to each other. But the work of providing care too often falls on individuals with little or no support from society as a whole—and it is not adequately rewarded. Women do the bulk of caregiving. Undervaluing that work is a particular threat to women’s #economicsecurity, especially for Black, Latinx/e Indigenous, immigrant and other women of color.

This webinar, hosted by the Center for the Study of Social Policy and Global Women’s Strike and Women of Color/GWS, will bring together grassroots campaigners, policy analysts, and caregivers to discuss policy options for compensating caregivers to ensure their essential labor is respected and rewarded.
