Xmas Eve: Boycott Gaza Genocide – Protestors Carrying Guernica Placards Gather Outside Mcdonald’s On Oxford Street

Today, 24 December 2023, 12-1pm, protestors are gathering outside McDonald’s on 291B Oxford Street, London W1C 2DT, calling for the boycott of all those collaborating with Israeli apartheid, occupation and genocide.

In 1937, Picasso denounced the first ever aerial bombing of civilians by the Nazis in support of Franco’s military coup in the Basque city of Guernica. Nearly a century later, we are taking it up to denounce the Israeli bombing of the people of Gaza.

As the world shops, bombs fall on children, mothers, health workers, journalists and everyone. Survivors are being starved. Israel’s McDonald’s feeds IDF soldiers while people in Gaza are denied food, water, medicines & fuel.

Millions all over the world demand an end to bombing, siege and occupation. Thousands marched through Oxford St yesterday to say ‘No Xmas as usual in a genocide’. The governments of Israel and US (and their UK stooge) stand alone.

The Palestinian-led Boycott, Divestment & Sanctions (BDS) movement follows the successful boycott against South African apartheid. We will not stand by as the racist genocide of the people of Palestine unfolds before our eyes. See NoThanks app to find out who to boycott.

Mothers and people everywhere say: all children are our children!

Stop killing the children of Gaza! Boycott genocide! Ceasefire now!
